Most likely:

V4=Base Mokujin in physical ability.

Thus V4=Full Kurama in physical ability.

Full Kurama>Half Kurama.

BM Naruto=Half Kurama.

Sasuke's PS=Half Kurama.

PS=SM Mokujin>>>Base Mokujin=V4=Kurama>>>Half Kurama=Sasuke's PS.

Madara's Susanoo is physically superior, by far, thus will put far more power behind it's strikes than Sasuke's Susanoo. So it's probably stronger in all other areas, such as durability, strength, speed, etc. But this only holds true if the bold is true. If it does, then Madara still slaughters Sasuke. And if it doesn't, Madara outlasts for the simple fact that Sasuke's offensive power is only small Mountain level at best, not nearly enough to damage Madara's Susanoo regardless of it being V4.

I don't think that's possible considering Sasuke's PS tanked the equivalent of 2 regular sized biju damas with some damage, while Madara needed to upgrade to Iso to tank full Kurama's TBB. Unless one TBB from full Kurama is much stronger than two regular sized ones.

He didn't need to upgrade to survive it. He needed to upgrade to take no damage and to deal with Hashirama. Sasuke's PS lost it's arm, part of it's face and it's wing from that clash.

Lol in actuality the main reason behind him upgrading is so he could protect Kurama and arm him at the same time.

Well Orochimaru hinted that non Rikudo Sasuke would surpass non Rikudo Madara. This would imply that Sasuke would eventually gain a PS stronger than Madara's because that is both their full power. A V4 susanoo is not comparable in anyway to PS. Are we going to argue that EMS Sasuke's ribcage susanoo overpowers Itachi's V4 just because of stronger chakra? Get real peeps.
