how can he? Itachi is an edo he doesnt suffer from blindess or any illness. The only sad part is he cant regenerate which kinda makes the fight even. So im not sure who would win. Being that saskue was able to surpess itachi genjutsu and he is more skilled with amaturasu, then maybe saskue can beat itachi. I forgot bout itachi sasnnoo sorry lolz i changed my mind itachi. But can the shield block amatarsu?

thats exactly what kishi is doing with naruto lol, and it seems he would do the same for sasuke. he is already showing that he can summon final form from get go, using amaterasu without any effort and use genjutsu consecutively all with no exhaustion where as b4 he was nearly dead while doing this. When i saw this I was like WTF but thats how its gonna be.

I say Itachi. He plotted an entire battle out with sasuke right before he died. I'd say he's the second strongest ninja *alive* right now. Though according to what he said to Naruto I don't think he will fight sasuke.

itachi no doubt, But ITACHI WILL ALWAYS be better in genjutsu than sasuke, he specialized in it
