Both characters have all known abilities and summons available to them, but, for the sake of this battle, Edo Itachi does not have regenerative abilities. However, Itachi does not suffer from any sickness or blindness he may've had in his eyes before he died.

how can he? itachi is an edo he doesnt suffer from blindess or any illness. the only sad part is he cant regenerate which kinda makes the fight even. So im not sure who would win. being that saskue was able to surpess itachi genjutsu and he is more skilled with amaturasu, then maybe saskue can beat itachi. i forgot bout itachi sasnnoo sorry lolz i changed my mind itachi. But can the shield block amatarsu?

uh...no..itachi is an edo now he doesnt suffer from the illness that made his stamina so low to begin with. saskue has more power than itachi but chakra reserve no. saskue isnt minato, nagato, or naruto

Sasuke has a higher chakra reserve than sick itachi. Edo might not increase your chakra, but for now it seems itachi is in his healthy state therefore you can argue that his sickness is what affected his health and overall chakra reserve, healthy goes up by 1, to sasuke's at 3.5.

You can translate what the fox said in two ways. You can say he was fully recognising sasuke and seeing madara in sasuke. Or sasuke being an uchiha, who has the same eyes and powerful chakra as madara led him to say this. Meaning he couldve said this to any other uchiha after all, the trait (shairgan and powerful chakra) runs in them.

Also you do know that powerful chakra and chakra reserve arent the same thing, right?
