Why are you under the assumption that naruto forming the tailed beast bomb means kurama can't?

Naruto's ability to use the technique has no bearing or relation to kurama's ability to use the technique.

Until you have proof of kurama saying he can't do it his statement of being the same as himself stands.

Saving someone from somebody is far tougher....is it better for you to dodge a knife yourself or rescue someone a considerable distance away from you from said knife......?
