Yeah more or less. But not entirely sure about EMS Sasuke being weaker than KCM Naruto though, it's probably either equal or Naruto is (maybe) slightly stronger in that situation.

With Naruto in full Bijuu Mode yeah he'd probably kick Sasuke's ass back to Konoha faster than Itachi can form a hand-sign lol Lol
