I don't think Amaterasu, once it makes contact can be Kamui-ed away. That much is assumption. Otherwise, Obito would not have used Izanagi to avoid death. Aside of that, I don't think anyone on that list beats Obito, Save for EMS Madara in my most humble opinion.

ok i get it madara is waaay stronger, even though they both have ems, i mean anything madara can do with ems essentially sasuke can too.

but is a perfect susanoo really neccessary to kill obito?

If he touches it, he will burn to a crisp, which is why he was unable to warp it once it made contact. He can phase through it if it's already visible.

Actually amaterasu is slower than most people suppose. Do you remember A? His arm was just sitting there burning as he casually went in for another attack, was blocked, jumped back, and then stood there and yelled at Gaara. That was six or seven pages. So even if amaterasu hit Tobi dead on, it has touched him so he can suck it in, and he will suffer only minimal burns that will not hurt him because of his incomplete body.
