No because when naruto had that sudden lift, everyone suddenly donned a chakra cloak like sakura but neither sasuke nor jugo did after transporting out of that place because they were using sasuke's susanoo This shows naruto didn't give sasuke or team taka any chakra cloak because when everyone had chakra cloaks, apart from the edos, these people didn't have it.

Except this susanoo was much larger. Whos to say sasuke could have always stablized the chakra for PS, he simply didnt have the reserves for it. The complete susanoo is definitly not the final evolution of the susanoo in any sense.

You underrate Sasuke dude if you think he don't have the reserves for it.

Susanoo isnt a mass of chakra that can be shared with others like kyuubis. Sasuke is standing in a literal pool of narutos chakra.

Susano'o is a mass of chakra that's taking a physical shape.
