Ok, so you are saying that sasuke is somehow exempt from having his susanoos power increased? His previous susanoo's looked nothing like the fused with the kyuubi and naruto. It doesnt matter if sasuke uses all chakra on susanoo, the kyuubi chakra is said to make jutsu 3x more powerful. You are ignoring this fact foe favor over sasuke.

Experience doesn't yield more chakra.

Sasuke had no reason to use his PS before heading to the battlefield. As soon as he arrived, Naruto gave him chakra.

Sasuke only had his EMS for less than a day and was already able to stabilize his Susanoo.

Stabilization(giving Susanoo legs, etc) is a technique that the user learns on his own and cannot be gained just by chakra distribution.

Also there was indication that gaining the EMS grants one more chakra as it is. When Sasuke had Itachi's eyes implanted, he commented on how he felt his power.

I can't see how increased power=evolution of Susanoo. Cloaks only goes as far as increasing chakra,and power. Nothing suggest it upgrades Susanoo.

that bijuu chakra cloak has pretty much been seen enhancing the power/effectiveness of numerous characters' jutsu/atk. It's not hard to imagine why it's arguable that the same was done with Sasuke's Susano'o since it is a jutsu.

There's no chakara cloack around sasuke so how's he getting power from naruto?

Anyway, I guess that he didn't have it with his EMS, because he didn't show it to us, but come to think of it, Madara's PS in 368 isn't cannon, so we can assume that he unlocked it some time after this, or some years after he gained his EMS. Sasuke had his EMS for like... 3-4 days?
