EMS Sasuke, by himself, did NOT have Perfect Susanoo

Sasuke can do ps by himself with ems it's a ems jutsu...sasuke susano comes out more an more as he fights we seen this already.

To me his PS wasn't showcased until current sasuke. I still doubt the one that cut the juubi branch (looks sort of like a legged susanoo) but I really don't care enough.

I can't see how increased power=evolution of Susanoo. Cloaks only goes as far as increasing chakra,and power. Nothing suggest it upgrades Susanoo.

well recieving chakra boost amplifies the jutsu being cast exp kakashi kamoi with chakra was able to be big enough to take entire jubbi arm and a bijuu and him still being able to go on

Before. It was during the juubito juubidama where they had to transport evreryone outside of the barriers. After that, sasuke didn't use naruto's cloak again.
