I think,

Amaterasu - Both naruto and Minato could dodge

Tsukyomi - Sasuke's can't use it well, very ver weak. Not a threat

Chibaku tensei - Bijuu bomb, Giant rasengan at core

Nagato Summonings - FTG + Rasengan

Dragon sealing technique - Naruto and Minato could dodge. FTG to nagato and stop technique.

Obviously Nagato is going to used summonings to get a liked field of vision from different directions, this would easily be cancelled by minato. FTG seal and rasengan to destroy them. Excepting for the Dog summon. He could just seal that away.

Also, Rasen Shurikens didn't stop some of Nagato's summonings, so..

Sasuke cannot cast tsukyomi as itachi does if you didn't realise, so how will he do that in the first place?
Petra path requires either Physical contact or Direct contact with an absorable ninjutsu, like rasengan. i could see more the 2nd than the first sinaro happening. either way, Nagato couldn't handle KM clones.

Naruto's TBB is at least 10x's stronger than the 8 tails...Has anyone seen a Susanoo block or deflect one?? In case any one was so smart to think that Naruto can form a TBB faster than Nagato can gather the Chibaku Tensi's core...Remember Naruto's 4 tailed TBB destroyed 3 of Oro's Rashamon gates......without losing momentum.....

I don't think Susanoo can withstand such destructive power....

Catching Minato and Naruto is going to be even more of the problem....Sasuke and Nagato may see where each of Minato kunai's may land but Minato isn't stupid either...he'll know that they'll probably be waiting for him to use those....so he'll probably stick to the shadow shuriken/kunai.....

Nagato on the other hand would be...a problem at first...but would be overwhelm by Minato or Naruto's blinding speed....I noticed someone said that his Rasenshuriken didn't kill all of the 6 paths of pain.....It didn't have to, the point is that Naruto SOLO'D Pain by himself...
