Even without Edo Tensei, Kabuto and Orochimaru still win.

Kabuto has already proved to be their ultimate counter and Orochimaru can summon Manda and use his Eight Branches Technique which adds more firepower to their team.

The only reason they won last time is due to Izanami, which won't happen if Itachi isn't an Edo.

the only reason itachi didnt kill kabuto is because he needed to stop his jutsu other than that itachi wouldve solod kabuto. both itachi and sasuke can solo kabuto if its an all out fight and weve already seen orochimaru lose to itachi and seeing as throughout the manga all we hear is how sasuke has better eyes thatn itachi you can assume sasuke could also solo orochimaru at this point as well. in my opinion team uchiha takes this with mid-diff. but thats my opinion... i would love to see kishi just make a hand book of one vs one so we can see what each character brings to the table against each other but thatll prob take too long or hell do it when hes finished with the series. it would shut up alot of fanboys....

People seem to forget that Itachi and Sasuke were holding back against Kabuto. I vote EMS Sasuke & Itachi take this with very high difficulty for now. I may change after I look up on the subject a bit more.

EDIT 1: For those who were wondering why I said Uchiha take the match the first time, I was only taking into account the raw stats. That means no Sage Mode, Edos or Susano'o.

EDIT 2: Alright, I pulled up the pages of all four characters on naruto.wikia. I skimmed through each one's abilities and compared their stats. After all that I vote for Orochimaru & Kabuto. Because of how I calculated the numbers, the score ended up as 15 for Uchiha and 17 for the Snakes. Note: This was evaluated with the Uchiha's Susanoo and Kabuto's SM in mind, but without taking into account the Edos that can be summoned by Kabuto. So logically, Orochimaru and Kabuto win with at least 24:15. The only thing that concerns me is Itachi's genjutsu prowess against Orochimaru, the Totsuka Blade and the Yata Mirror.

The Uchiha Bros don't stand any kinds of a chance against Kabuto and Oro together, anyone who thinks otherwise are just pure fanboys. There is no way in hell Itachi or Sasuke can defeat Kabuto and Oro, especially with Kabuto in DSM with Edo Tensei, that's overkill right there. It amazes me how many people stay lodged in Itachi's ass, riding his penis until the very last second, Itachi is not God and never will be, saying he can defeat Kabuto and Oro with help from Sasuke is just baffling. I honestly am stunned that so many people think Sasuke and Itachi can beat a Legendary Sannin, a Dragon Sage, and the Edo Tensei army combined... I'm losing faith in the intelligence and/or rationality of these forums.

Isn't this the same Orochimaru who was bested by a simple three tomoe sharingen genjutsu? It means he is weak against sharingen genjutsus. Sasuke or Itachi can take him out easily with genjutsu. The actual problem is DSM Kabuto, not Orochimaru. Sorry, but maybe it's you who is losing all rationality.

I love me some Itachi, but they were losing to Kabuto DSM solo. Add in Edo tensai, then it is just overkill. Add in Oro, eh doesn't do too much extra,
