Well this is interesting. I would say Sasuke and Itachi win since they no longer have to hold back.

The main problem will be dealing with the regenerative/new-body weird stuff that orochimaru (and kabuto too in this case) have.

Fanboys will say "AMATERASU EVERYTHING. DONE." But I don't portend to hold to that model. Rather, I would say that Itachi's sealing prowess and "smarts" along with Sasuke's ruthlessness w/ susanoo will win out the day w/ high difficulty.

All of this, of course, is under the pretense that Kabuto doesn't just Edo Tensei Madara out of nowhere to fight for him.

Kabuto has already proved to be their ultimate counter and Orochimaru can summon Manda and use his Eight Branches Technique which adds more firepower to their team.

The only reason they won last time is due to Izanami, which won't happen if Itachi isn't an Edo.

THIS^^^ People fail to realize that Kabuto and Orochimaru have the perfect counters for sharingan users.

Edo is their tool/power, so just like that can be a deciding factor so couls Itachi's sword.

People tend to forget that most of kabuto's edo's are sealed. And he doest have oro's DNA anymore, so he is not as strong. Dont get me wrong he
is still very strong
