itachi is still over sasuke, there last fight itachi was not trying to kill sasuke, if u believe he was then u are not paying attention to the manga, also the only difference ive noticed between ems and ms is that it means u dont go blind and possibly better control over ms techs, however itachi is the better ninja whichever way u look at it

Even with new eyes every technique drains them EMS is true power no drainage from the most draining techniques. Itachi had no intent to kill him in their fight so he didn't go all out.

deidara was so young about sasuke age when itachi beat him up in that hallway GTFOH and deidara trained his eye for genjutsu
