that doesnt change the fact that the rinnegan is a level up from sharingan. so it had to change from EMS somewhere between its previous user and when tobi got it

first of all a rinnegan is rinnegan so you can't say a lower quality eyes are better then a higher quality eyes. With that said Nagtos rinnegan is getting underrated in this forum esp after chap 560 when they seen the meteor. Did you forget that Nagato took on the strongest village and succeeded where EMS Madara has failed and Tobi to. He destroyed Konoha, fought a lot of ninja took on 3 boss frogs and both ma and pa, took on kyuubi, revived konoha, id doubt that Madara EMS can do that.

And I stand by the fact that Nagato mastered the rinnegan very very very well.

YEA i agree nagato rinnegan should not be taken lightly but nagato was given the rinnegan by tobi/madara cuz as seen in the lastest chapter the only shinobi to awaken the rinnegan was madara. and being uchiha you need the sharingan to awaken that. but nagato was uzumaki so there is no way he his clan could get the rinnegan unless it was given to him so it is safe to say nagato rinnegan is madara rinnegan. and although nagato did master all the techniques he did not have the uchiha body were the eye can work its best. thats why he looked so skinny. bottom line madara is better with the rinnegan than nagato is

A r-gan is a r-gan. But the users ability to use any weapon makes the weapon stronger. Madara is a uchiha, the clan to inherit the sages eyes and its power, so a r-gan will be more powerful when used by madara than by nagato. This is the same reason why kakashi cant use his sharingan for long time

Bt, considring between rinnegan n ems,,ther's no point of argumnt.
Rennegan is ranked the highest quality of eye..thou ems is also the highest level that an Ucha can achieve..
But, considering this fact wo change that Rinnegan is more powerful thn EMR.

Nagato 40 years of exprience with the rinnegan > a dude who unlocked the rinnegan just before he died (am not saying his stronger but that he mastered it more)

And dude numbers count, 100 jounins have a good shot at 1 kage lvl ninja.

if you think nine-tails and madara was something konoha in part 2 with kakashi and with just 100 jonin you are just clearly out of your mind dude. minato had to seal him and give his life up for the kyubi to be sealed inside naruto. and if u think ems madara plus kyubi vs nagato is nagato then you are way off and clearly underestimating the kyubi. and also 40 years pf exp is great but still his powers were no where near madara's lvl of rinnegan as shown by his meteor jutsu. ms is worse than rinnegan but madara with kyubi as a summon would likely win. And no nagato is not better than madara with the rinnegan it is clearly shown in the manga he is superior with the rinnegan from the abilities he has shown us and even kabuto calls him the trump card. nagato does probably just does not have the natural body for it, he gets extremely skinny and gedo mazo hurts him whereas it does not for tobi also suggesting he is also better with it being he has uchiha dna.

We all know that Rinnegan is obviously the best eye for now (who knows if kishi brings up something new) BUT FROM WHAT'S BEEN SEEN RINNEGAN IS THE BEST.

now now, Rinnegan has had 4 owners that we have seen: Rikudo Sennin, Madara, Tobi and Nagato. Knowing this we can begin thinking on that in experience Rikudou Sennin by HYPE is the most skilled, but in facts years of experience tell us that Nagato has the greater skills in experimenting with the eye itself. Nagato was not weak compared to the others, it is just that his eyes were SUPPOSEDLY given to him and not developed, maybe this way limiting the capacity of his Rinnegan (JUST A THEORY)

Whether or not the EMS is stronger will probably be proven when Sasuke is gonna join the battle, which is also in my opinion the reason Kishi didn't show alot of Madara's EMS, since he might want to save the EMS demonstration for Sasuke.

It's not a question of which is the better Rinnegan holder - IMHO - but who has the higher Chakra and what their intention is.
