There's only been 2 updates in which you can truly base this pattern around.
I don't think that's enough. I think that it depends on the skill of the user. Yes, EMS does help with the chakra drain but it's not the only variable, in my opinion. I mean, Itachi's MS Sasano'o is as good, if not better, than Sasuke's EMS Sasano'o.

Ya i dont think its a rinnegan move because he could pull out susanoo with ms what if he had massive chakra like madara maybe hecould use perfect susanoo even before ems..even if its only for a sec before he goes blind lol. With susanoo i think its just a matter of how much chakra the user has.. or maybe he needs rinnegan to stabilize it and can only make massive chakra monsters like edo madara clones lol who knows..
