First of all no he didnt (kabuto). Second of all no he didnt (Obito). Third, Using Wood Release is impossible for EMS Madara to do (even though he has Hashirama cells himself).

Nope, it will cut through the mist and continue. The mist will be there since its not being blown away like wind current. Shockwave energy isn't going to spread like a wind current, its going to focus to which it travel specifically.
