EMS Madara vs. Itachi Uchiha, who's stronger?

Without the Kyuubi, that's tough. He's shown better control of the Susano'o (i.e. His Yasaka's Magatama had more than Itachi's, who could only summon 3). I think it'd come down to who won the genjutsu battle honestly. I don't see Itachi getting him with the Totsuka.

the only reason he would beat itachi is cuz his eyes will allow him to spam ms tecs more now if we talkin both just got ms then itachi wins cuz he to smart now give itachi ems them madara dies wer he stands...this battle might be a tie who knos.

I believe itachi in his healthy state is indeed stronger than ems madara.
The databook states that people with susano have amaterasu and tsukuyomi therefore its likely madara has this.
Whether his tsukuyomi is as potent as itachi's or whether he can mold amaterasu like sasuke is unknown. Personally i believe itachi's tsukuyomi is the most potent, although this most likely wouldnt do much againt another sharigan user and somebody like madara.
In terms of susano, due the legendary weapons itachi's has the greater offence and defence. Yasaka's magata's, madara's is made of single tomoe's, itachi's is a combination of 3 and with that his is bigger.
Madara's katon jutsu's are on a different level. but with the sharigan along with mastery of katon jutsu's i see no reason why itachi cannot counter his katon's. We dont know any thing else about his ems technique nor do we know anything else about itachi's other techniques that has nothing to do with his ms.
What we do know is that from what we have seen from both in relation to similar techniques, itachi's susano is stronger and has the bigger yasaka's magatama. Madara is superior to katon. Reason is believe itachi would win i because madara from what we have seen shows little intellect and regards power as the be all and end all. Its due to this thinking that i believe itachi with his superior intellect, strategic thinking, legendary weapons and similar abilities would beat ems madara

It's a tough one.
Either one could win.
It's debatable that Itachi's Tsukyomi would or would notvwork on Madara. The manga states that only a "close" blood relative of the caster could break it and Madara is a far distant relative of Itachi.
Madaras Katons on the other hand clearly outclass Itachis by far most likely due to his
large chakra pool.
Itachis Susanoo is superior to Madaras in some ways though because it is armed with the legendary weapons Sword of Totsuka for offense and sealing and Yata Mirror for defense.
Madaras Susanoo is more versatile though having 4 arms, two swords, two legs(lol), two heads, and more Yasaka Magstama than Itachis giving it a more successful chance of hitting it's target or delivering a bullet effect to the intended target. Also it seems he can perform hand seals with his susanoo.
Idk who wins the susanoo battle really but I'm leaning towards Itachi with his legendary weapons 6/10 times.
The X Factors are Itachis ingenuity, genius, tactics, and cunning.
Also Madaras Battle experience, raw power, tactics, prowess, and endurance.
There's no clear winner but if I had to choose one it would be Itachi because I've known him longer lol.
Madara could change my mind in the upcoming chapters though with him maybe unveiling a EMS tech that we haven't seen.
On the other hand Itachi could show me some more of his stuff, Kishi brought him back for a reason and that's to show him off a bit more so I knOw well see some interesting stuff from him against Kabuto.

Dude it's classified as a Rinnegan tech, it just used in conjunction with Susanoo.
It uses the power of gravity which is a Rinnegan tech, I'm sure Nagato can do it too but he wouldn't want to kill him self so he uses Chibaku Tensei to make a meteor instead of attract one.
