Who is stronger?

Madara can counter long range Kamui with his Susanoo.

Obito also can counter most of Madara's attacks with his Kamui.

If Obito tries to use short range Kamui,Madara can use ribcage
Susano,so Obito will have to absorb that first.

Madara can use Yasaka Magatama at least for five minutes so
even if Obito use Kamui he will have to materialize after the five minutes
and he won't be able to defend against Yasaka Magatama.

And that's why i think EMS Madara>or=double MS Obito.

As i explained in the op if Obito becomes intangible Madara can use Yasaka Magatama for at least five minutes and then Obito won't be able to defend against it.

No he can't. And they need to literally be touching him at all times, WHILE keeping him off the ground. It is literally impossible to hit Obito's Kamui limit without Konan's 600 billion paper bombs.

Yasaka Magatama are fast enough to not give Obito any chance to to materialize again.
You can see that in the fight Madara vs five Kages.
