Edo BM Minato wins. He has multiple options to get past Perfect Susano'o. Perfect Susano'o sword slashes are tanked by Minato's avatar considering Naruto with his avatar which is Kurama's other half defended against Jūbi's beam using 6 of its tails. Jūbi's beam power output was so immense it vaporised several mountain ranges at a time.

Since Minato can teleport away everything that comes in direct contact with his body or chakra, Hiraishin can be used to remove Perfect Susano'o from Madara by touching it with Kurama's avatar tails. With his defence gone tail swipes destroy Madara's body or a clone decapitates him. Alternatively Minato can mark Perfect Susano'o with Hiraishin and teleport Renzoku Bijūdama or Flash Bijūdama directly on it bursting it apart.​

Minato wins even if Madara has kurama summoned (doesn't even make sense but oh well). Minatos KCM clone can even handle it. Either via sealing or contract seal or whatever. lol at people who still think ps is above kurama avatar. Ps can't tank Juubi laser, not can it move remotely near the speed that kurama avater can, and ps can't even dish out the same amount of fire power that kurama can. Ps slashes are its best weapon. Yasaka Magatama is slapped away by tails or redirected back at Madara with space time barrier. Kurama avatars most powerful tailed beast Bomb, equates to the power of 5 bijuu's combined tailed beast Bomb. Add to the fact that Minato can add senjutsu to that, well then go Madara. Madara has no defence to multiple tailed beast bombs either. It'll crack open his Susanoo and get him blitzed via FTG lv 2.

If Minato can mark with chakra arms, then this is honestly low diff.
