He roflstomped BZ which has superior control than Madara's curse mark. I think he can resist it but still it would take some fight for that to happen which you can't afford to make during a battle.

--madaras speed is much faster than obitos, and his choku tomo precog is well above obitos, so tagging obito and landing a hit isn't a problem at all, added with the fact that his sharingan can locate obito when he's tangible just ensures this notion

--katons are non factor they are matched with madaras own, and with clones on The agenda he can get a them to smack obito from behind when he is attempting to use the katon
