The only boost he has in power is the wings . First , Madara's PS> Sasuke's PS . And No , I'm giving him Madara's level Susanoo, With Yata Mirror and Totsuka Blade .

juubi jin maddy's ps is above current sasuke's ps,but normal madara's os isnt even close.
Also wings mean that he could get to the ct before it got too big.
Itachi is just a sitting duck for ct

With all of that said I'm not rooting for Itachi . Considering the fact Nagato is healthy , If a weak one using Deva Path ( Pain ) could destroy Konoha in one blow or create that big ass Chibaku tensei , I think Nagato is seriously underrated here . A wayy bigger Chibaku tensei + Gedo Mazo should be feared .

Just imagine a Massive Chibaku Tensei in formation who is currently restraining Susano'o and Gedo Mazo uses his Chakra Blast /Soul ripping dragons at the same time against Itachi . Universal Pull from his Susano'o combined with Asura Path/ All jutsus previously stated could makes it .

the only reason he destroyed konoha is there was no one good enough to stop him if guy was there 8 gates would have killed him

sasuke has better feats.
sasuke has advantages over ftg,while ftg has its own advantages.
Even if you were right,those wings is what allowed him to reach the ct faster.itachi cant fly,so its still the same
