EMS is unique to Indra Transmission only?

The fact that indra himself had it should negate the possibility of uchiha not really knowing about it the mankeyo shaingan, why else wouldn't they normally unlock it?

Indra is the son of hagoromo and can use PS with it . He ofcourse gets something Like MS

Or if we followed the same Path as Rinnegan, only sibling MS eyes can be used to awaken EMS. Same as Rinnegan, you need Indra(older brother) chakra and Ashura chakra (younger brother) to awaken Rinnegan.

I mean its more about chakra that can assimilated with each other very well because this chakra has same origin or trait. And only sibling chakra has that property.

hagaormo did unlock the rinnegan at one point, and indra being the chakra source kinda has nothing to do with the fact that he had MS. He was either born with it which likely, or he just simply unlocked it normally. His special chakra only benefited him with PS.(Same thing as kakashi). And thus the other uchiha should have known about makeyo sharingan seeing how their leader could use it.......

I think loving the person who you are taking the eyes from is part of this Many ppl failed bcoz they were power hungry and didnt love their brothers or whatever. Sasuke and Madara were successful bcoz they intensely loved their brother and note that the took the ees AFTER their bros died. I think love must be a condition to be able to gain EMS (supported by the fact tht by losing something can the Uchiha gain Sharingan)

It doesn't state you have to be siblings unless the translation is off, it just says that you have to be clan members. It's not very specific on the exact steps on how to obtain EMS, but from what we can determine, there was either enough people in history who obtained MS and tried to obtain EMS and succeeded (hence it saying it didn't always generate a new power), or there were countless attempts from regular 3t users who tried to obtain it and failed. One could argue both instances occurred, but again, it's all speculation.

Actually in the anime it was shown that multiple Uchiha gained MS which seems like a continuity error as Madara and Izuna were meant to be the first I mean, unless it's a retcon or something. Anyway in order for EMS to work you need your siblings MS because they are the closest in relation to you even more so than your parents as the parents are 50/50 but siblings are 100% (unless of course step-siblings), the success of a proper EMS dwindles if it's not your sibling and it's your mother or father and this dwindles even more if it's someone outside your immediate family, uchihas tried to do to to any clans member which ultimately failed due to the success rate.

I don't have the Scan but Itachi said that many people tried to gain EMS but failed.
The only time it worked was on Madara and Sasuke, Indra's trans-migrants.

I am pretty sure that Itachi said something like "This was only discovered after countless sacrifices" meaning many tried to achieve EMS after they saw Madara obtain it, they started killing fellow clan mates for their eyes but later(after a lotta killing) discovered it only work with brothers which(discovery) wouldn't possible if no-one ever unlocked it.

Coincidence, same with them (madara and sasuke) having straight tomoe. Sharingan awakening itself is already by chance, and it only gets more chance based with higher levels - MS and EMS.
