I'm going to sleep, so I'll make a much longer detailed post when I get on tomorrow but I'll address these quickly.
1. You're entirely correct, but it still doesn't mean Sasuke is killing him within that 5 seconds. Naruto tanked a Chidori with no damage to him at all. Sasuke doesn't have any attack fast enough that I know of, besides Chidori, that doesn't involve spawning Susano'o (arrows) which would be detrimental to Naruto in the time it would take for Kurama to break him out of Genjutsu.
2. Why are you forgetting to mention that Sasuke used a diversion (Katon) and that Naruto didn't even have his RSM cloak activated? In a supposed hypothetical scenario (intel) Naruto knows that's coming and also has RSM up before Sasuke even tries.
3. And remind me how that's even touching Naruto? Did you forget he can use Kurama's chakra as a proxy? The same chakra that laughs off Amaterasu, and in a weaker form tanks Juubi sized Katon with ease and the Juubi's Tenpenchi with no damage at all?
Naruto dodged a Chidori. He didn't tank it in any regard.
RSM sensing is the only thing that kept him alive against his strike. The diversion was foolish, as Naruto's line of sight has nothing to do with his ability to dodge, so regardless of the diversion, Naruto was at his peak in terms of reaction time.
The same way I just mentioned. Genjutsu to knock him down, Amnotejikara to close the distance, and Chidori to end it. No consciousness, no Bijuu cloak, no surviving. (Not to mention that JJMadara likely has even better durability feats than Naruto's RSM cloak, but that's another debate in and of itself.)
EDIT- Thank God. It's 2:00am here, so I'm off too. Quote me if you want to continue tomorrow.
