As seen MS amaterasu has two huge tells.

the first is the user switching from three tomoe sharingan to their MS

in both instances this allowed the defender to prepare to dodge, with a going V2 and naruto preparing to go full speed


the second is the blood and pause

because Sasuke starts the fight with his EMS both of these tells are negated

sasuke doesn't have to switch because he doesn't have the risk of going blind. he can just start the Fight with his EMS active as he has been shown to do

the other tell is also no longer a factor

in the pages you posted itachi and sasuke had been fighting with 3T before hence the transition from 3T to MS

The appearance of Sasuke's Doujutsu was corrected in the tankobon releases of Chapters 619 & 620. If you guys recall, Sasuke was originally depicted with his old Mangekyou Sharingan, when it should've been his Eien no Mangekyou Sharingan.
