The user forces their chakra into a water source and causes it to rise up like a gigantic wave that then brutally slams down on the opponent. This water then turns into a whirlpool while the opponent is caught in it, and slashes away at their body. Finally, the water rises up as a waterspout, again slashing at them, lifting the opponent high in the air, before slamming them back down into the ground as a wave. The opponent cannot use Suiton Jutsus using this Water while the attack is taking place due to the fact that the user's chakra is merged with it completely. Also, the immense pressure of so much gathered water slows the opponent down.
Notes:
1. Requires a water source
2.User takes 50 damage
3.User cannot use Water Release Jutsus next turn
4. User cannot use Wood/Ice Release jutsus, or Doujutsus next turn.
5.User can use this technique only once; any more usages, and the user dies.

Note: Only useable 5 times per battle and must wait for 2 turns to use again.

(+50 damage as its both tai and raiton from Raikage armor)

Smashing you in the heart and exploding your insides from the "force wave" going through your body and leaving a hole where your heart was.
Finally by this time your wave has fallen back down. but since your no longer sending chakra into it as your dead. it harmlessly falls into its lakebed.

Note: this effects EVERYONE who is in the storm including the user
the user can only use this once a battle.

Im protected against this due to the raikage armor

Descripton:The user will manipulate the lightning in is body to make himself be positively charge. Then he will create 7 rotating lightning disk charge negatively. The user will then be able to make those disk behave like electron around a proton, in other word, these disk will start rotating all around him (under also). This serve as a great to defend against close range attack and taijutsu, but can also be used to attack. The user will use his lighting chakra to repulse the disk (one or many at a time), giving it extreme velocity and aimed for the enemy.
*The user must wait two turns after all the disk are destroyed or disappeared
*This jutsu can only be used 2 time per match*
*This jutsu can only be used by Anbu Kakashi and Kirabi

Lol, so now you are comparing this to an entriely different situation ?
You can move faster - but not fast enough to avoid a huge wave - but you removing this technique and creating an earth shell around you comes at the same rate as normal, so yeah, you are sorta dead now. U_U

I escaped with hardening.

Mind you i was doing the seals while in lightning armor increseing the speed. I release the Lightning armor so it protects me.

Alright, you could use Lightning armor of yours to increase the speed and all, and you could charge up the thunder lance and throw it at Emp, but the moment that jutsu failed, you were already caught by the wave.

Theres no way in the world, that you would have time to use 3 jutsus, while Emperor uses 2, and then cancel out one and apply another, thats just not happening.

i think killerbee would be hit by the wave, since he used the lightning armor to attack emp and retaliated wit the mayfly =/ since killerbee didn't block the attack in his first turn. the wave would hit him

He could avoid point-blank attack from him, since it was a small scale attack, a straight line attack, he just had to sidestep it a bit, but emperors wave is huge.

The first 2 were automatic realeses.

the last was a taijutsu.

I didnt need any handseals.

Him going underground stops me from using the taijutsu. and So I do hardening.

Just as the wave is falling down. upon me. Theres more then enough time for me to do hardening with the reflexes and speed of Lightning Armor.
