okay its power / energy used to control puppets and do special moves like summoning jutsus, usin sharingan byakugan and sage and its used to many many attacks , when you have no chakra left you cant use them because it takes chakra

All you have said is "Chakra is energy, you need energy to do moves but without energy you cannot do them "

chakra is mixture of energy in your body you can get it by training, running,fighting, there is psyhical and spiritual energy in your body like ying and yang there is five types of chakra, fire,wind,lighting,water and earth uhhh you can do a chakra move by doing hand marks like in water dragon jutsu i remeber when kakashi copied it from zabuza when you have rinnegan you can control the all five elements like when you use chakra you can walk on water that would be possible without chakra using like rasengan and chidori you focus very much chakra in your hand to do a chakra spiral there is also mixed chakra like ice and wood and all jutsus require different order of hand marks soo....
