Well, the Nekura clan is an infamous clan with a sole aim of avenging the Juubi's defeat. The clan was created by a man named Anshoku. After the So6P defeated and sealed the Juubi, people were overjoyed and the So6P himself was tired from such a long battle with such a fearsome beast. So during this period of laxity on everyone's path, the remaining chakra of the Juubi began spreading, seeking a suitable host; someone with a heart as evil enough to bear the hatred that belonged to the Juubi. So it found Anshoku, a man who was really angry (i.e. butthurt) and also had an evil heart to match and so it poisoned his already evil mind so much so that the word "demon" appeared on his hand. The Juubi's chakra also gave Anshoku powers and the ability to utilize the Juubi's chakra and so he began training and recruiting people with similar evil intentions into the clan.

The Nekura clan is located in Honegakure I think. The clan specialises in the use and control of the Juubi's powerful chakra which is called Keigoku. The clan members are able to open portals anywhere during a battle and transport keigoku through it. The keigoku, when it comes in contact with an opponent, causes them searing pain and extreme headaches, depending on the amount they come in contact with. In extreme cases, the opponent may suffer major burns.

The Nekura clan is ranked thus in the order of power and experience:
Clan Head
Clan Council
Black Knight
Paladin
Scourge
Seer

My rank is scourge.

Good, though wrong in some points. Honegakure isn't the location of the clan; that's Minas Morgul. Honegakure is my personal location created by Mugi and me. Not all Nekura gain admission into the location though and the same with Kaguya. But enough of that. ^^

When the SO6P fought the Jyuubi, the battle waged on years and years and the foul chakra the Jyuubi exorted was so great that it scarred the earth, so dangerous that it was almost living, hoping to find someone to live off of in exchange for power. It latched itself onto Anshoku, burning the clan's symbol of Demon on his palm, the same very symbol you have on the inside of yours. Trying to get back closer to it's orginial master, it traversed back to the moon, where the Jyuubi was sealed. However that symbol on Anshoku's hand allowed him to summon this chakra through the use of portals.

As for the abilities, I'll going to post a section of them and explain each to ensure you got it.

"The abilities of the Nekura center on the summoning and control of this foul chakra of the Juubi's, that the clan calls "Keigoku". The chakra is warped from the moon by a clansman opening the dimesional portal, through which the chakra enters the battlefield. This is much like a Summoning jutsu, which brings objects from a different place through dimensions. The portals can be opened anywhere on the battlefield. However, note that they cannot be used for transporting the user, opponent etc. over dimensions. Only Keigoku can transport itself through the portals. The portals are silent and do not actually count as a jutsu, however the release of a Keigoku technique from them is a jutsu; furthermore, it's not as if the portals possess any use outside of transporting Keigoku anyway.

Essentially the main ability of the clan, we access this chakra we called Keigoku through the use of portals we open up. Think of it as a s/t hallway of sorts, one door is open on the moon, where the chakra of the Jyuubi travels through and another portal is open somewhere on the battlefield, in short wherever you choice to open it. We can only send Keigoku through these portals, nothing else. Opening a portal doesn't count as a move but seeing as to merely opening a portal does nothing and doesn't prevent a jutsu from hitting you, you can see it as completely useless unless you channel chakra through it in the form of a jutsu.

The power of the Keigoku, however, is not to directly affect physical objects. The Keigoku is so corrupted, that it causes searing pain to an opponent's mind if they have been touched with the energy. Much like how prolonged exposure to a fire can cause extreme burns, prolonged exposure to high-rank Keigoku techniques can cause a complete shattering of the mind and possibly a vegetative state. This also lets the Keigoku pass through physical substances without minds, such as earth, water or trees to reach a target behind it, since it loses none of its powers on the non-sentient object. Should the Keigoku touch a Summoning, it will turn them against its master

The Keigoku doesn't do any physical harm to a foe. Well, that's to say it doesn't affect the opponent's physical being. The Keigoku is a chakra so foul, so corrupt, that it rots away a foe's conscious and mind. Once contact has been made with a foe, even the slightest of brush against exposed skin, causes great agony upon their brains and mind, taken the concept of mental torture further than genjutsu can take it. Prolonged exposure can cause great damage to their brain, leaving the foe in a comatose like state until they receive training. Because it focuses on the actual conscious and soul of an object, it is able to pass through solid material, such as trees, buildings, waves, etc. However that all depends on the rank and experience of the user. A seer's Keigoku is unable to even pass through a door while the Clan Head on the opposite end of the spectrum can send his keigoku through something as large as a mountain range, depending on the rank of the jutsu used. If the Keigoku touches the mind of a summoning, it causes the mind to go through great pain, not enough to disburse, but enough to corrupt the mind, turning it against it's master, making it a temporary ally as long as it's on the field, depending on the rank of the technique.

Skilled users of Keigoku have been rumored to shift its focus from merely shattering minds to bending them or manipulating them with even direct eye contact initiating a transfer of Keigoku between people. However, this can only be done by extremely high-level Nekura and requires special training from the Clan Head. Similarly, skilled Nekura above a certain rank possess one of the most useful powers. The Drain. Once one of their Keigoku attacks have connected with the opponent, istead of letting their Keigoku dissipate, the Nekura bring the Keigoku back to them and pour the stolen strength from the opponent's mind into theirs. This firms up their mind, and even if they have injuries makes their mind pretend it isn't there and force the body to function as it normall would. Since this isn't really a cure, after the battle the Nekura will feel their injuries again plus an extra 25 damage points due to the strain of forcing their body. As many damage points as the opponent is hit with, that many damage points the user may force their mind to believe it isn't affecting their body.

Two of the strongest techniques of the clan, the Evil Eye transfers Keigoku directly to the face of the foe, causing intense pain near instantly. The Drain does exactly what the name says, drains the target of chakra and brings it back to themselves, powering them more and allows you to fight longer despite injuries you might have sustained. Of course, these jutsus are advanced and only the Cla Council and up can learn the Evil Eye and Possibly Black Knight and higher for The Drain, I'm not sure atm.

Another side-effect of wielding the Keigoku is that any Bijuu, whether incompletely or fully transformed, believe the Nekura to be one of "them" since the Nekura wield the same chakra that the Bijuu were made of - just not in the same amounts. The Bijuu therefore refuse to attack the Nekura. Each Nekura is given a cloak strong enough to keep out normal weapons strikes. An unwanted ability is that of the Nekura's bodies, after or during a battle, being so filled with Keigoku that they reject any foreign chakra from entering their body, and stop it instantly. This means that medical ninjutsu have to force harder to overcome the natural resistance, making Nekura extremely hard to heal, roughly three times that of a normal patient.

Due to the Jyuubi's chakra, the Keigoku, always surging through off, it makes it impossible to inject any form of foreign chakra inside of us, including Sage Mode, Curse Marks, Genjutsu, Jyuken, Kiyoshi and other techniques/abilities that might inject chakra in you (however attacks that use chakra as brute strength still work). It is due to this same chakra that Bijuu are unwilling to attack us, even in their incomplete forms. They associate our chakra with that of the Jyuubi, believeing us to be one of them. The Jinchuriki can attack us but his Bijuu will be unwilling. However, we can be healed after battles, once our body is worned down and defenses are lowered. They'll have to work 3 times as hard, likely using higher ranked jutsus to heal small wounds. Luckily, we have a very special cloak, that blocks most weapon strikes, including kunais and shuriken.

That's a long and very descriptive one, welldone!
A question though. You said that bijuus will not attack us in battle even in their incomplete form. I thought it was only in their complete for that the couldn't?

Now then. Every Nekura has a different method, so you'll have to work out what yours is. We've already had insane laughter, ruthless ambition, violent bloodshed, dark ambitions, and excessive pride. Try to feel the connection the cursed chakra has with you in your body. You do this by different methods; some Nekura feel this initially only when they have particularly viciously killed someone, myself being one of them; but everyone has their own methods to establish contact.

This might be awkward because tbh I don't quite get it. But I think mine should be....Cravings for blood and making people I consider enemies suffer and fear me. I prefer to torture than to kill outrightly. I detest weaklings and love fighting with people who are at my level and higher. I love fighting and winning and I hate losing. I'm not all about killing because if I do then I'll run out of "strong" people to fight.
So in a nutshell, my method of connection is blood and the fear people have for me.

That's some real BS right?:|

Okay, lemme try this.

I close my eyes and begin to meditate calmly, searching my inner-self for the evil that I had kept hidden deep inside me. After moments of searching, I begin to see flashes of images from my past that I had always kept at bay. The few images suddenly begin to multiply in my head, causing me to remember in detail the affairs of that day. The news had just reached me that my parents were murdered in cold blood. That was the moment I snapped, slaughtering everyone that was present that day. It haunted me constantly but over the years I had learned to live with the bloodguilt. But here I am today, seeking that demon in me that slaughtered those people. As the evil intent in me began to rise, I forcefully channelled my chakra into it. With my chakra, I begin to tap into this evil side, unifying the both of us. Then I begin to feel it, a cursed chakra, extremely powerful and evil connecting with me. I constantly enjoy the feeling it gives me. That feeling of bloodlust and bloodthirst . . . I was that demon again . . . No I was much more powerful than that because I had bonded with it.

Good, but 'thinking' and 'imagining' of it isn't not enough, you must do it yourself. Slaughter every human experiment in minas morgul now, without any remorse, regrets, second thoughts. Do it in cold blood.

I quickly made my way through Minas Morgul in search of human experiments and encountered group of about 15. Aizen-taicho had given me the go ahead, thus there was no holding back. Immediately, I jumped in the midst of them, plunging two kunais into the hearts of the two nearest to me. As the others, obviously shocked, begin to run towards me, I spin rapidly whilst holding both kunais. This makes the kunais rip the hearts of the first two victims in two. I duck as one of then throws me a punch and I return the favour by punching him hard in the abdomen. The only difference is that I had a kunai in between my fingers, thus I tore my kunai from his body to stab the person on my right, I ended up pulling his intestines with it. I use that kunai to stab underneath the foot of that peron as he tried to kick me. I followed up with 3 swift punches to his forehead, killing him. The more I killed them, the more I felt the power growing in me. The bloodlust caused me to kill them in the most gashly ways I think of. Some I beheaded, others I amputated and others I carved their organs out. I made so many bloody kills and when I they were finished, I stood on the ground panting, surrounded by dead me and women that I had murdered...in cold blood.

( Noroidzi Hari no Nami ) - Cursed Blood Needle Wave
Type: Supplemenary
Rank: C
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 15
Damage: N/A
Description: A simple but effective technique, the Nekura makes three handseals turning any existing Keigoku on the battlefield that he wishes ( such as that from any techniques the opponent dodges ) into a wave of sharp needles that then shoot at the opponent. Whatever the rank of the Keigoku technique this is used on, the needles will be of that same rank.*If struck by the needles, the opponent suffers from drawbacks of the Keigoku attack originally used (common effects are as small as small minor headaches to searing headaches, momentary loss of focus and temporary incapacitation for no more than 10 seconds).
Cannot be used on Keigoku attacks of S-rank and higher
Can only be used four times per battle.

Rather simple technique, you just use previously used keigoku techniques/sources and manipulate it into needles to chase after the opponent in the case they dodge it.
