Easy, just go to the near by lake and start gathering some amount of sution chakra once you reach there after that by focusing and releasing the sution chakra into the water to create a water shark to jump into the air and bolt toward your target
just aim anywhere you want, trees / rock / sky

Ok sempai so i quickly move towards the nearby lake and then slamming my hand on the water surface i release my suiton chakra into the water and then using shape manipulation i create a shark made up of water which then i cause to jump out of the water and strike with force a nearby tree which starts creaking
we skipped one technique due to, it is for hyuga member.

Start building up some amount of your sution chakra again then by focusing on the amount of sution chakra you gotten, perform this series of hand seals(Rat → Dog → Ox) to create a whip of water that can use to strike your target with lashing action or wrap your target to bind them. it can also combine with lightning technique channeled through the whip to shock your target so you will do more damage to your target.

Ok then i build up some amount of my suiton chakra and then focusing on this collected suiton chakra i make the following handseals
Rat → Dog → Ox
while manipulating the suiton chakra to form a long whip of water which i then use to strike a small rock on the ground shattering it and then use this whip to wrap around a nearby tree stump and then channel my raiton chakra into the whip .

i'm not sure if you can just '' channel '' ration chakra or require a ration technique but anyway you will need to ask before you use.. we will move on then.

lol no i don't mean that..ask some experience or sensei is much more better(because i'm not too sure myself)
acutally, no i don't think you release the shark via your finger.. you just create it from the lake or any water source. so try again

Get onto the lake now, after that begin to build up an decent amount of sution chakra and upon finishing doing that, release or spread them into the lake after that , create a flow of gushing water under your target to trap them in a sphere of water. though you don't need to keep your arm in the sphere of water like the jutsu description said.

Ok so i stand over the water surface and then start channeling my suiton chakra into the water then i cause the water to start flowing freely creating a flow of gushing water i then cause this gushing water to rise up around my opponent and then turn and twirl around your clone creating a sphere of water in which i trap your clone

ok so now i start gathering a large amount of suiton chakra into my mouth and then when i have enough i increase the density of the suiton chakra changing it into water i make this into a continous process simultaneoulsy i spit out this water using chakra to propel it at a very high rate making a long jet of water spout from my mouth!!

i'm not sure if you summon the water from the ground or the sky but since the description said from the ground then we will follow it.

Ok so i now start gathering my suiton chakra and then when i have a large amount i concentrate on this chakra and then summon a huge amount of water from the ground itself the waves of which then overwhelm and crush my oppponent!!
there no people other then me o.o so you're aiming for me O.O, i swiftly create two large and strong and tall pillar to lift me up and stand on it to withstand the wave of water.

Ok so now i release my suiton chakra slowly throughout my body and then i cause the suiton chakra to take the shape and the behaviour and colour of the water source thus enabling me to blend in with the water source for some time
