Uchiha fire jutsu is done by making hand seals... I read manga 221-224 last night, where sasuke learnt it. Do othesn use it too... I don't think I saw Naruto using hand seal for wind element or did I miss it..
There are a lot of attacks that are "unfair" in Naruto but they do them anyway, for example Madara is basically a ghost and its nearly friggen impossible to hit him but they do that so why not do this? Yeah lightning style gentle fist, that would be so awesome.It wouldn't be fair lol.
A water based strike would flood out the entire bloodstream and basically drown them in one attack. A fire based strike would burn the organs, and god knows what a lightning or earth based Gentle fist style would do.
Epic idea though. I'd love to see "Lightning Style: 8 Trigrams: 64-Palms!"
or "8 Trigrams: Earth Rotation!"

Well, if you break it down logically, amaterasu is definitely a type of fire, so it should be a fire style jutsu, only problem is that when it comes to the Sharingan, logic is next to useless, sooo who knows? the sharingan is closer to magic than ninjutsu but I would still probably say yea
most ninjutsu, fire or otherwise require handseals, naruto is just mixing chakra from his body together, rasengan itself is his chakra but spun in a ball so he spins it and adds wind chakra and you get rasenshuriken, the only thing he uses that needs more then one handseal is summoning anyway.
