Element Manipulation

Do you think its time for Manga and Anime to start introducing Element to the rest of the Leaf 11? We know Sasuke has Fire, lightning and Blase, Naruto ha wind. So how about the rest of them and what should it be for each of them? How about You guys put in what element is aded to each characters chakra.xd Lets see what marches each Characters.

lol i never though of that before (list of characters and reasons):
sakura: earth manipulation would be cool but ... lets just admit it she not a good fighter and she got medical ninjutsu to focus on.
rock lee: ha he cant perform ninjutsu
tenten : sucks with all those weapon wind or lighting manipulation would suit her but she is too weak
neji and hinata: they dont need to waste his time on that.
chouji: ...naaa
ino: weak
shikamaru: shadows and uses the brain to beat other ninjas
shino: has not got it in him it would be cool if he had water maniulation and his bugs were acidic or and gluey so he can make them explode.
kankuro: should use lightning
gaara : is lightning ( i think ) he use lighting in movie two
Suna Raishin - Sand Lightning Needles

Suna Raishin is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Sand ninja Gaara. Gaara will hurl sand into the air which will come down around his target as hard pikes. Electricity will be generated from the pikes to arc towards and attack his opponent.If his opponent utilizes lightning, it appears this technique will neutralize its usage in the target.

If you remember the filler arc about Bikosho beetle ? Hinata used Her chakra to manipulate the water and send water needles to stop the wasps. So element manipulation can be good for Hinata and Neji.

i don't think much of the others now their elements or even now how to use it but if i should give an element to anyone it would be neji,hinata(water&wind), shino(earth) and i don't think any one else should worry about elements except maybe konahamaru(wind) because naruto taught him rassengan

Well, lets see, Shikamoru uses shadows jutsu Fire can produce shadows because it gives off light. If He had fire He could not only make bigger shadows in the day time but expand the distance of His shadows and in the night time use His shadows because there is a stable light source. If Hinata has a water nature She can use Her chakra to created spear or arrow shape chakra for long distance attacks. If Neji had wind chakra He could expand His spinning vortex much fatter away from His body for protection.
