In a mindless state, Sasuke will be more prone to manipulation and thus this might allow Kaweki to use Sasuke to defeat Naruto!
After all, everybody's first kestion after Kaweki's statement is: how can this fodder defeat Naruto? Teh only person capable is Sasuke! It's a good point! In fact, teh writers have reinforced teh point that only Sasuke can match him and this is for a purpose.

A part 3 fight them was foreshadowed at teh end of teh original series
But teh only way to make them fight is to have Sasuke lose control of himself, to lose all sentience. Something which I believe his maturing rinnei-sharingan could make a reality! Teh more powerful he becomes, teh riskier it becomes! For him, for Naruto, for teh world!
