Neji is like, a really good ninja. And Naruto is like Hokage 9x. One punch from Naruto SM and Neji will be unrecognizable.

neji is jonin while naruto is genin ..
neji experinces is higher than naruto and he has the byakugan ..
naruto is really overrated so i go with Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms xd

Just because Naruto is a genin and Neji is a jonin doesn't mean Neji is stronger. I think we can all agree to that, especially since he was able to defeat the six Pains. By himself.

Actually I think it does matter who is using the ability. Jiraiya used Sage Mode and couldn't defeat the Pains but Naruto was able to. The power behind the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms would be different if say, Hinata or Hinata's dad was using it. Same as Sage Mode, it would be different if Minato or Jiraiya was using it. But if just based on the technique itself, I'd say SM would won because of the speed and extra chakra. Assuming you started on Sage Mode to begin with

This was so....bad.

Sasuke is a genin, yet he squared up against the Kages. Him and the Raikage almost killed each other, and the Raikage had more skilled people in his group than Sasuke.

Naruto took out Kakuzu, fought Pain, beat the Kyuubi in a fight, and pretty much already made himself a living legend....

Rank means nothing. Naruto has more experience anyway if you really think about it. When has Neji taken on Akatsuki?
