neji is jonin while naruto is genin ..
neji experinces is higher than naruto and he has the byakugan ..

Naruto beat Pain, while Kakashi had problem dealing with just 1 of them ....

Technically Naruto is a Genin, but base on his power, he's at Kage level.Besides, Naruto is only a genin because he was away from the village training with Jiraiya so he never took the chunin exams again.

Lol you are joking right?!? Naruto is at kage level you moron he beat 2 s class ninjas and now that he has KM like the person said above he can make neeji his bitc*h and I say KM helps is because now naruto can fuse with maa and paa with no problem

naruto didn't beat kakuza ..
kakuza was fighting ( kakashi , ino , shikamaru , choji , then yamato & naruto only finished him )
only with kuybii power he managed to stop pain but he couldn't beat him ..
negato choose to die because he revived the leaf ninja ..
kakashi died because he was trying to protect choji & if he used the MS he can stop negato
neji is stronger than naruto & i had enough with naruto & sasuke fanboys who talking nonsense

Naruto did beat Kakuza.Kakuza had two heart left and was still battling Team Asuma when Naruto got there.Naruto hit Kakuza with his Rasenshuriken and killed him.it took Kakashi and the others forever to take out three of Kakauza hearts when Naruto took out the last two, and would have taken out all five if Kakuza still have the others with one attack.naruto didn't beat kakuza ..

If Neji had been abscent for two and a half years instead of Naruto, he would still be a genin as well. Naruto is an exception to the whole ranking thing, as well as Sasuke. Neji's experience is only a year difference from Naruto, so experience isn't that significant in this case. Neji has the Byakugan...Naruto has the kyuubi and has mastered Sage mode beyond that of his Sannin master...tools, all tools. It doesn't matter what a person has, it only matters how a person masters what they do have so saying that Neji has the Byakugan isn't really a good "tool" for this argument of yours.
Only looking at this bolded part here. Neji is not stronger then Naruto. Naruto has far many advances in his abilities that make him superior to Neji, not only raw power but in skills as well. Ask me to go in depth and I will. This is not Naruto fanboism, so much although some people do have a habbit of going too far with Naruto, however Naruto is a top ranked shinobi in this series now and only fools would not see that. Are you trying to imply that neji could defeat the Raikage? And you're saying that Naruto is stupid is very high underestimation. Naruto had brains enough to use the knowledge he had on Pain to defeat him, and to use strategy to defeat the paths. Naruto is very deceptive and cunning. He may not be book smart like Sakura, and obvious things may go over his head, like when he though Kurenai was fat and couldn't tell she was pregnant, but in a fight, Naruto has brains enough to figure out, for the most part, his opponents abilities and find a way to defeat him. He is the mirror image of Jiraiya, in terms of fighting style.
You can not be a fan of somebody but give credit where credit is due. I don't like Sasuke and yet I can easily tell which characters he can, or cant defeat, and I'm not so much of a hater of him that I'm not going to give him the credit he deserves. There are characters I like more then others, and characters I don't like so much but I'm not biased, as it seems you're being right now Aoba.

I say it's depend on the situation and the user. Also we should know how fast the 64 palms to decide this (but we don't know).
What we saw from this technique when Neji started to hit his opponents they couldn't move or defend themselves. He can also see his entire surroundings.
On the other hand Sage Mode gives Naruto speed, endurance, strength. But he can only make 2 clones in Sage Mode.
So in my opinion if Naruto keeps up his speed, useing clones and doesn't let Neji to hit him he wins, but if he go into a simple close combat like he did against the last pain and Neji manage to hit him Neji could close his chakra points and win this match.
