Guy will instantly heal due to healing gate
His punches would be strong enough to 1 shot Perfect Susanoo just like he did Full susanoo in 7 gates
His Speed would be impossible to catch
His Precognition Sensing and eyesight would be higher than Sharingan level considering he could notice a pinky flicker.


Although he would die afterwards. In his short term state he would easily be >= Sage Madara

Okay so we've seen how strong Guy is by opening 7 gates. He's obviously physically stronger than most kage even without using ninjutsu because his punch can throw a giant tiger made of pressurized air. The man was confident that he could defeat 5 biju by opening the 8th gate, so it's bound to be extremely powerful.
