Lol, probably one of the dumbest things I've read this whole week. If someone punches you through a window, who broke the window? Obviously the one who punched you through it. Why did it break? Because they put enough force on you that it caused the window to break when you hit it.

Gai is capable of breaking TSB, but I doubt he'll manage to do that without damaging himself. Last time, he had a human boxing glove to reduce the impact.​

Gai (and madara) was weakened during the jin vs 8 gates fight, so gai is even STRONGER when not exhausted.
However, it depends on what 'kyubbi sagemode'meant, his rinnegan powers like when alive or when edo? Because when the original user of the rinnegan is alive, his powers are (almost) unrivalled.

IF you mean madara with the same powers as his edo form (so no 100% access to his rinnegan powers), probably gai (with ease).
