Looks
Kenway has blonde hair blue eyes with a rugged blonde beard. He wears blue and white robes with leather padding and metal bracers, along with white trousers, black boots as well as a fastened red sash across his waist. He also has the Jashinist necklace tied to his waist as well as proudly wearing the Amegakure head plate on his right bicep pad. Kenway also seems to travel with two swords on his waist one on each side and an Amegakure umbrella on his back. Kenway has various pouches and bags scattered on his outfit full to the brim with any and all ninja tools he may need.

PersonalityEdward is a brave, albeit reckless individual who is infatuated with the idea of fame and glory. Such is his obsession that he left his first wife to become a privateer, hoping to score his fortune in the shinobi world and prove his worth. He quickly became feared and respected for his skill and his combat prowess, with even the renowned people commenting on his ability. Edward in past was steadfastly focused on his own goals: power, infamy, and proof that he was better than he was born to be. Edward was also one to take any advantage afforded him, twisting the meaning of the words to suit his own ends. Only after losing his friends and compatriots to greed and glory-seeking did he recant his previous behavior, and come to realize what the world truly promised: the power to make himself better than he was. He cares deeply for his village fellows and there's nothing he won't do to protect his village.

HistoryEdwards's past was born and trained as a shinobi in Yugakure. He grew quite quickly through the ranks and eventual was introduced to the Cult of Jashin. With them, he grew even stronger and this strength only drove him to want more power and infamy. Eventually, the Cult of Jashin offered Kenway an offer he couldn't refuse... Immortality! After achieving said immortality Kenway abandoned his village and took to the sea killing in the name of his lord full filling all of his desires of the flesh in the process. This all came to a stop, however, after he attacked a Konoha ship.
Kenway had boarded their ship with the look of a fearsome dog that fed of trouble and tremolo. It was said that he practically cleared the deck of the Leaf Galleon by himself; fighting like a devil dressed as a man but as he yelled and laughed as the final adversary had fallen the smoke cleared and Kenway looked around to that his entire crew... his family had all been slain. Kenway took only what he needed from the both ships and set them ablaze as he swam to shore in the Land of Fire.
Over time Kenway eventually made his way to Amegakure which was said to be a village of conflict. Hoping that he could live here and disappear from the world Kenway found something new. He found Allies that he could trust, villagers to protect, and a Kage that accepted him despite his history. It was here that He found his home a place he could use his immortality to make amends.
