When I hear this, the image that goes through my mind is one that is sickening. An Edo to me is nothing more then a dead body that a soul brought back from the heavens is occupying. How far along is the body that has been used as a sacrifice close to decaying or has already begun to? Is the body somehow not decaying due to being encompassed by an otherworldly spirit? Without those questions being answered I just have a decaying body that is upheld by a spirit moving around and whatnot. I do not know how exactly the properties of the Edo body behaves, but it just seems wrong to me.
