Tobirama alone can give Madara a run for him money, if Madara decides to summon Kyuubi, Kisame can absorb his chakra like he did with Hachibi. Furthermore, Kisame can summon an Ocean giving team 1 the elemental advantage.

PS swings its blade a few times and Team 1 dies, and how is Madara supposed to seal Tobirama since you didn't give him any sealing tags? Their best moves are Gojo and Daikodan, but the former is far too weak to even scratch PS, and the latter gets destroyed by Madara's sword swing.

Tobirama is never going to get close enough to PS to warp it away, and his teammates definitely have no way to helping get close either.

In Scenario 2, he rapes them even harder, but once again, he can't seal Tobirama.

Without the lack of a sealing method for Madara, there is zero point in discussing this as he can't kill Tobirama.

Well, no. Tobirama's FTG is extremely useful for evading attacks and quick offense. Edo Tensei may be useful also. Kisame's chakra absorption capabilities can come in handy. Mei is just...useless.
