Ok then why did Kabuto have to wait for Muu to recover after splitting if they have unlimited chakra?
As far as we know summoning only requires chakra and hand seals so then why the waiting if they have unlimited chakra?
Therefore Madara either has unlimited chakra now that he is free or Kishi made some sort of mistake.

Erm wild guess right now which is the only thing I can think of is maybe to summon kabuto has to use his chakra :shrug: I don't understand why because he is not the one summoning but it is the only thing I can think of.

Did ya know that alive or normal Ninjas' chakra is limited and it gets depleted as s/he use techniques and so on...
In case of Edo tensei, The resurrected person will have unlimited chakra, in the sense that no matter what technique s/he uses, the chakra level remains the same.. Not more than what that person previously had, but the same level... THE SAME LEVEL
In case of MUU, he split himself, and you may have noticed that his chakra and soul was also split into two halves: meaning his chakra level decreased.. And afterwards his one half got sealed i.e. his chakra got sealed as well.. That caused to decrease his chakra/power level.. Have you seen any Edo other than Muu's split half getting tired or out of chakra?? answer: no..:shrug:
Madara was special because he was implanted with hashirama's DNA. That was made clear ages ago..:shrug:
