It doesn't matter what the preparations are whether it be packing kunai or packing dead bodies in a coffin, they're still preps, preps that every shinobi does when they go into battle. If Minato has sevral dozen ftg kunai in his pack that means he prepared them by putting the formula on the kunai and putting them in his pouch. If Kabuto has sevaral dozen mindless edo summons he can summon that means he prepared them by getting sacrifices and storing them away, just like a ninja stores kunai in a pouch before hand.

Every ninja has some degree of prep time, so singling out Kabuto just because his preps requires sacrifices is flawed. You're saying he would need to find sacrifices in the middle of the fight and then prepare them in the middle of a battle. Does Minato have to go home in the middle of a battle and stock up on kunai during a battle? No

i didnt make myself clear as possible in the OP

kabuto can not use edo tensai in a 1v1 because it requires sacrifices and there is no one around for him to sacrifice

without prep time kabuto wont have time to gather the sacrifices in the middle of the fight (even if fodder people were around for kabuto to capture them)

even if kabuto gathers his sacrifices, he wont have time to perform the ritual

kabuto was able to use edo tensai in the manga BECAUSE HE HAD PREP TIME

if it was a 1v1 and kabuto had the sacrifice already prepared, it'll be a unfair fight BECAUSE it's be 31 vs 1 BECAUSE the sacrifice are ALIVE HUMAN BEINGS

^^^^animal summon are NOT the same BECAUSE animal summons have NOTHING to do with sealing HUMAN souls

animal summons require a different ritual, to summon animals you have to put YOUR OWN blood on a contract and then you can summon the animal to help you fight

sacrifices are human being that are used to revived the dead and make them a summon, IT IS STILL HUMAN a dead human summoning
