You do realize that Nagato is on a colossal scale that surpasses both Madara and Naruto, right?

Move nagato up, replace tobirama with kakashi, gai or bee while replacing oroch with muu or onoki and you've got a solid list there

Nagato cannot counter PS Sword Slash. The slash was devistating. Naruto has way to much chakra for the Preta Path to absorb, and once the Preta Path starts absorbing a TBB, Naruto could kill Nagato while he is absorbing the TBB. How does Nagato defeat Naruto or Madara?

Bijuu Dama and Kokuhou get preta path.. that gives nagato enough reserves to pull off a Chou Shinra Tensei, PS = Full Kurama in size and full kurama is not the width of Konohagakure, Chou Shinra and Chibaku can definitely solo. Also, madara doesn't even begin the fight with PS, he toys with and then decides to stop playing.. the fact that Nagato took 3 people over the level of kage at low diff and chibaku tensei requires 3 non-fullkurama bijuu dama level attacks to break proves he's the highest tier and as i said on a colossal scale

It is a linear S/T + Kenjutsu technique. It pales in comparison to Minato's V2 because Tobirama's in linear, but Minato has more versitaility due to his Kunai.
