Yeah I actually believed Edo Madara with Rinnegan and wood style was stronger from the get-go.

I'm sure edo madara and juubi is a lot stronger than Hashirama. My prediction of the future is everyone working togheter to beat down edo madara. But you never know. Maybe Hashirama held back in the fight or has something up his sleeve that could still take down edo madara. Madara said so himself that the only one that could stop him was Hashirama. But my bet is on everyone working togheter to beat him, at least all the hokage's.

I totally agree however one could argue that ems Madara needed the kyuubi to match hashirama's with shinshusenju and mokuton dragon. Rinnegan's only weakness is physical attack and Hashirama's sm is all about physical power- just saying.
