If we really new anything else about both off them then yeah but apart from how little we have seen tobi fighting and edo madara has just been showing in the manga then its hard to tell. I would choose edo madara but i still dont really know anything about tobi so we will just have to wait and see, and you never know maby they will just fuse the minute the see each other and break edo (Thats if there both madara and had some plan........ going off topic :flaw

Im actually leaning towards tobi, because he has the ms, rennigan and lets not forget that he also has hashirama's cells therefore could use mokuton aswell. Basically he more or less has everything madara has + 6 jinchurikci paths

Quite true actually D:
It'd be much more clearer if we had some more insight on the Jin's individual powers, to judge fairly how strong they are or can get. Utakata had the bubble thing, didn't he? I dunno, I never watched that filler arc xD

But when Madara sees Tobi's Jin, he'll be like: Dude, where'd you get those? O.O

I pick Tobi i feel that tobi is not going with this i know he doesnt want madara to take over. Tobi lived longer has space time ninjutsu, Rennigan, and sharingan and we havent seen his EMS. Tobi is faster, has the Rinngian, Sharingan and Space time ninjustu too! I know madara is beasting but i say tobi.....Barely
