Tobi would win, we still dont know about madaras powers but I dont think he is more powerful than tobi who has the rinnegan + 6 paths of pain and gedo mazo with 7 tailed beats!

Tobi can still go intangible and he has the rinnegan...betraying him would still be a death wish. Tobi could absorb Kabuto or anyone else who crossed him.
