im pretty sure Madara knows how Kamui works hes met Obito obviously.

He has no idea that Kakashi has kamui, so his knowledge of the technique is irrelevant, and with him lacking the ability to react to it in time, even if he knew Kakashi had it, I almost think it'd be meaningless. Kakashi can use it so quickly that Obito can't even keep up with it.
