I honestly see Madara taking it more times than not.
He reacted and countered KCM Naruto in canon, can absorb Amaterasu and react to EMS Sasuke and wood clones with Susanoo take care of Kakashi.

Madara gets whacked pretty easily actually. Chou-Oodama FRS would bust his Susano'o to shit, and Kakashi can warp his ass. That meteor does nothing; Naruto simply intercepts it with a FRS (or multiple if necessary) combined with Sasuke's TBB sized arrow, busting it before it reaches the quartet. Sakura can simply replicate Tsunade's feats against those Susano'o clones and even busted a few, The biggest problem would be Mokuton, but Onoki showed willpower to withstand the pollen and eradicating a certain radius of the jutsu is enough to dispel it. Naruto can easily replicate this feat, as can Sasuke with his sword. Mokuryu is destroyed by Naruto's shunshin just like in canon, or Sasuke busts it with Kirin.

I'm not seeing how Team 7 wins. The meteor destroys them, and the Mokuton Clones also present a huge problem. Kamui is their best bet, but odds are Kakashi would just do away with a Clone.

only problem for madara here is kakashi...! he tips the balance in team 7's favor...! and i'm not talking about kamui but strategy and experience...! madara would beat naruto and sasuke easily due to experience he has but kakashi being there would change a lot..!
