Don't recall he using the seal.

Watch the anime dude 1st 2 were sealed by sarutobi during the fight with orochimaru, then minato sealed kushina's chakra in naruto in an effort to control kyubi.

I'm Guessing Kabuto could have some use for her.

She did have special Chakra after all and them Chakra chains+Sealings Jutsu could Help him take controll of a few Beasts from tobi maybe.

Would really mindfuck naruto aswell since he would have to fight his own mother xd

Kushina had a bit of chakra left so minato sealed all her remaining chakra into naruto so she could see him again. This caused her death but she was gona die anyways so minato put all her remaining little chakra in naruto. Her soul then passed to the pure world. Minato did the same but his soul was taken by the death reaper instead of going to the pure world. So kushina can be ressurected, minato cant.

^^ Actually Kushina's soul is not sealed its only her chakra... Its only Minato's soul that was sealed..

I just wonder if her soul is at peace as she has met her son not to long ago, may have lost her hold on the world like Kakashis dad did when he met him

better yet she gets summoned, Naruto puts any lingering chakra of Kushina into her edo and brings her back properly (itachi has control of himself but in this scenario kushina would be truly alive again)

we have no evidence that because your soul is at peace you cant be summoned

first of all it's only the summoner that gets sealed with the death god so she just died after her biju extraction and kyuubi claw (yes even uzumaki's have a limit) so mianto and yin kurama were sealed; kushina would be beast but she needs an element jutsu to be like a trump card xd

actually she didnt die after the extraction she died after she put her last bit of chakra into naruto xd

It's a possibility that she might come back but it does not necessarily mean that Naruto has to fight her. Kakashi or Gai could very well step in for him if it gets too emotional for him to handle.

Assume that naruto meet his mother alone.
