the only attack it's yasaka magatama. a attack itachi introduced to the show. on a much bigger scale than madaras.

itachi has only shown to make 4 at the max and madara makes about 14.

of course madaras susano doesnt look like its running that much. its very big plus its a still picture. you have to use common sense something you apparently dont have.

DOesn't matter if he has legs or not.

the fact is that itachi has shown that he can move in susanoo aswell. so having legs is only good if suanoo wan'ts to kick.

susano having legs means it can step over a large distance with less movement. imagine itachi is trying to get across a bridge that fell apart. he activates susano. susano only moves like itachi does so it doesnt aid him getting across.
now for madara. he comes to the bridge that broken apart then he activates susano. since susano is big and madaras susano has legs, it just steps across the broken bridge giving madara a fast, strong, versatile weapon.

Just with this stipulations Itachi wins,as Madara hasn't shown of yet any sealing jutsu,for him to finish Itachi.

But combat wise Itachi gets destroyed.
