Amaterasu and tsukuyomi would be useless in this fight.
Itachi can win this. Madara has no knowledge of the totsuka sword. And it's kinda hard to miss perfect susano if you are aiming for it. Wood dragon, meteorite, high katon fail before the yata mirror. If madara knew about totsuka, he could maintain his distance but he doesn't.

Lol, really get you facts straight before coming here, Totsuka isn't getting through Perfect Susanoo.

Wood Dragon wraps around Itachi's Susanoo and absorbs it, then it binds Itachi and Madara uses Human Path...Susanoo isn't even necessary for Edo Madara to beat Itachi LOW diff.
