Itachi wins, he was always naturally more skilled as a ninja than Sasuke.

As an Edo, he's basically EMS Itachi, minus perfect susanoo. And with Yata Mirror and Totsuka equipped to his susanoo, kinda puts his above Sasuke's full. Plus not sure how sasuke seals an edo.
